All Coastal Protection Security Staff are licensed by the State of California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS), have completed and successfully passed a criminal FBI Background Investigation, satisfied the training and certification requirements for the State of California to possess and carry firearms, baton, chemical agents and tasers. In addition, every Coastal Protection Security Officer will receive ongoing training and certification renewal while employed.
